1. Who is responsible

Social Dig operates this service. For privacy questions, contact kapilraj94@gmail.com. For client information managed on behalf of an agency or brand, that organisation may determine the purposes of processing; contact its workspace owner as well.

2. Information we handle

• Account information, such as email address, user identifier, sign-in information and profile details provided by your sign-in provider.
• Workspace and client information, including memberships, roles, account mappings and permission records.
• Content you enter, including audience briefs, targeting proposals, saved audience versions, campaign drafts and approval decisions.
• When a platform is connected and grants access: advertising account identifiers, account details, targeting options, estimates and permission information returned by that platform.
• Operational records, including activity and audit history, request information and error diagnostics used to maintain and secure the service.
• Information you send us in support, privacy or deletion requests.

3. Why we use information

We use information to authenticate users, keep client workspaces separate, save and validate advertising work, verify permissions, handle approvals, respond to requests and maintain service reliability and security. Connecting a platform does not by itself authorise publishing or advertising spend.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in security and administration, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

4. Providers and connected platforms

Lovable Cloud supports hosting, authentication and data storage. Authorised connection services communicate with connected advertising platforms, such as Meta and LinkedIn. Platform access depends on granted permissions and the platform's own policies.

When you request an AI targeting proposal, your brief and relevant platform context may be processed through the Lovable AI Gateway and its AI provider. Avoid including sensitive personal information or individual customer lists in briefs. Social Dig does not sell personal information.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights and service security. Providers may process information outside your country; applicable transfer protections are required where relevant law applies.

5. Security and retention

Authenticated access, workspace permissions and server-side connection handling restrict access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We keep information as long as needed for the service, legitimate operational needs and applicable legal obligations; there is no single fixed retention period for all records.

6. Cookies and browser storage

Authentication uses browser storage and may use cookies to maintain your session. Connected sign-in providers and advertising platforms may use their own cookies under their own policies. Removing session storage can sign you out.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority. Contact kapilraj94@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority over a client workspace before acting.

Visit Data Deletion Request for removal instructions. Deleting Social Dig records does not automatically remove information stored by a connected platform.

8. Children and updates

Social Dig is a business service and is not intended for children. We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
